Just an incredible place - 'cabin' is understating it. The views across to Auckalnd and Rangitoto alone are worth the price, but it's the little touches that make this place special: all the fittings are metal where possible, the finishing is exceptional, and the wine is from across the road. It gave our stay a feeling of luxury and care that was beyond the price. It was also probably the best bed we've ever had - it shaped itself to us in a way neither of us had experienced before.

Our host, Dyan, was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (which contained home made muffins to die for!) was delivered right to our room. Afternoon tea was a welcome treat too with more of Dyan's home baking. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend Dyan's hospitality. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Most amazing location perfect for the type of short vacation we were looking for, Sandy Bay stunning little sunset quiet spot to spend a moment and Enclosure Bay a moving fest of a postcard. The short walk over to Palm Beach for breakfast a highlight to kick of our stay. The rustic cabin had everything one would need and ensured we kept our footprint as small as possible in terms of sustainability and enjoyed watching the local bird life. Can recommend to others to visit Upcycle Re-Design Store, Waiheke to support local artists, lunch at Casita Miro a truly unique experience and dont forget to grab a handmade pie at Humble Pie Company Village/Butcher. The room was incredibly nice, set in a gorgeous location. Very quiet. Fantastic views. Walking in to our restaurant in m took our breath away - we did not want to leave.

The attention we received on arrival and the attention throughout the entire stay made us feel extremely valued and welcome. We had dinner the first night and the food was exceptional. I had a dietary requirement which they were more than happy to oblige. The lounge/dining has a sweeping view of the sea and I liked how every dining table is up against a window so everyone gets a view. Very exclusive and very special. We felt lucky to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary there. The menu for breakfast both mornings were a culinary delight. Lots of choices where I wished we could have stayed an extra day to try them all. Would absolutely recommend especially if you are celebrating a special occasion. Loved the water bottles in the fridge and shortbread biscuits in our room. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious but cozy at the same time with sweeping views. Really stunning ambience.
