Our balcony private double room was a good size, nice views over town, warm comfortable bed and good hot shower with pressure. Ricky is a terrific host, smiling, happy and wanting to ensure you have the best experience possible. He helped with taxis and tours and was always willing to chat or help with anything. This isn’t 5 star- it is authentic, local guy making a lovely hostel for guests to enjoy.

The facilities are excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The shower had reliably hot water (a big plus!), and both breakfast and dinner were delicious and satisfying every day. You can feel the care and love Ricky puts into everything he does. His two friendly dogs and super cuddly cat made the place feel even more like home. I can’t recommend staying here enough—thank you for everything, Ricky!

They were so kind and welcoming - and lots of fun to karaoke with! The food, handcrafted beer, pool, and room were exceptional. Bely was so kind to arrange taxis for hiking, helped us with our laundry, and taught us some Spanish! They have two very cute and friendly dogs (and a cat). Their place is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a river nearby, and is just a short 30m walk to the town centre. Highly recommend staying here!

The Lazy Dog Inn also offers packed lunches. The main lodge area is very cozy, with many books and games, and I played Scrabble with a friendly German couple there in front of the fireplace. The manager was able to arrange driver service, since it is somewhat remote from the town itself, in a nice setting.
