Emanuel's cooking was very tasty. Very enjoyable stay.

Very nice lodge, in the middle of the jungle. Many birds and small wild life in the lodge. Expeditions organised by the lodge are various and with excellent guide (Moses). The swimming pool is a plus. Cook is great. Bungalows are very confortable. We highly recommend !

Such a beautiful property - really close to the town but far enough out that you really feel like you’re in the jungle. The staff were so kind and friendly and the included activities were awesome! I loved everything about it, even my little frog friend who joined me in the shower.

Situated in Puerto Maldonado, La Habana Conservation Area offers accommodation with a balcony. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. We loved every moment. The staff were amazing. I would recommend it 1 million times.

An outdoor swimming pool with views of the river can be enjoyed in Wasai Puerto Maldonado Eco Lodge, 100 meters from the Main Square. Canoe trips can be booked and all rooms feature views of the... The best stay on our trip by far. From checking in early because we arrived by overnight bus from Cuzco, through the friendly staff and clean amenities, to the beautiful wooden lodge rooms with views of the areal. We saw multiple sloths just hanging around in the area and a couple of monkeys passing by, all from our room window! We also recommend the Lake Sandoval trip, however we had bad luck with a fog on the parrot clay lick trip, so we didnt see much there. Also they let us stay in the areal after out check out, since we had again the overnight bus leaving at 7 pm and there was no problem staying there. And lastly they have a tasty restaurant called El Faro with tasty food and reasonable prices, as well as the amazing juices! The pool is worth it too on sunny tropical day. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was like a honeymoon phase on our backpacking journey through south america and the price is so affordable!
