I loved everything about Moalboal Eco Lodge - from the moment I booked, Simon and Angie reached out to help me plan my journey to them from Cebu, and it made me feel welcome before I even got there. And when I arrived, everything surpassed my expectations - the accommodation is beautiful. I stayed in both styles of cottages during my time there because of a last minute extension and they’re both to the highest standard and super comfortable. I will always be blown away by outdoor showers too - so special. The deck with the hammocks is a peaceful spot looking out over the countryside, where you can watch the birds dart around the sky. You can also do your own yoga practice up there! Simon and Angie were so helpful throughout my stay - I ordered breakfast most mornings and it was a chance to plan my day with Angie’s help. With Simon and Angie’s input, I was able to make the most of time in Moalboal - had an amazing snorkelling tour, went canyoneering, a day out viewing the sights of the local area, and a trip to the local dog rescue. I’d recommend all of the activities that Angie and Simon suggest - they really know the local area and are part of the community which means the trips are super special. I am already hoping for a return trip soon!

Amazing view, nice, spacious, clean rooms. The hosts were amazing, they helped us with any unexpected upcoming issues (sickness) and the whole staff was very kind.

It was maybe the best accomodation in whole Philippines. If you love nature, just go there. Staff was so kind, our cottage with breakfast was also amazing. The common area is beautiful. We wanted to stay here more days! We love every detail!

This remote retreat provided complete privacy, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. The location was exceptional, just steps away from a lagoon perfect for relaxation. And even better - guests staying here have their own private hut with two chairs and a hammock. Elizer, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warm and attentive hospitality was matched by his uncle, who handled our transport with reliability and professionalism. This accommodation strikes the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. For those seeking peace, natural beauty and outstanding service, this jungle hideaway is an absolute must-visit. And only a short 15 minute drive to the beach!!! Would recommended again and again! Thank you!

We loved the location as it’s very close to the centre of the town and to where all the good restaurants are based. Our host made our stay as easy as it can be and helped with all requests we had. It was one of our favorite stays we had. The room was absolutely gorgeous and huge with one of the best showers (perfect water pressure) We will be back!
