This recently renovated chalet is located 28 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools and 36 km from Girao Cape. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the chalet's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. The accomodation by Silvano and Regina is a state of the art. An amazing house surrounded by stunning mountains. I would like to give this accomodation and host a status: a super host. It is a place whare I could imagine to stay for the full holidays during Madeira travel:), as the whole island is rather small and in short driving distance from here and the house is place assuring fantastic grounded base. In our case we stayed there only for one night as we were lacking experienced that I have just mention above:). Silvano and Regina once again thank for accomoding my family at your place.

Location was excellent for our needs, away from any crowds and in a peaceful area but within a reasonable and pleasant walk along the promenade to local town with good restaurants and bars. The space and facilities within the property were excellent, kitchen had everything we could possibly need, bed extremely comfortable and a really good and luxurious shower and separate bath. The pool and outdoor spaces were perfect with sun on the property for the majority of the day until early evening. The entire place was really clean and attractive and well kept gardens an added bonus. Our host, Richard, was extremely helpful and approachable and responded to any queries promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we return to Madeira.

This location is fantastic if you want a relaxed quiet getaway. The house has everything you would need, TV, high speed internet and a great kitchen. The views were amazing and the location although isolated was within a 5 minute drive of a shop & Cafe.

Things that we enjoyed the most during our stay was privacy, sunset views, possibility to cook food inside and outside on the coils, and a beautiful bedroom with bathroom.

Our family of 5 (two parents and three kids ages 13, 10, and 6) had an amazing stay here during our kids' February break. The house is exactly as described, and is lovely. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a beautiful view of the city and the ocean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the outside patio was beautiful. We enjoyed wine outside in the evenings, and the kids ate breakfast outside in the morning. The best part of our stay was the host, Sidónio. He was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. He had great suggestions for things to do and see on Madeira, and our trip would not have been the same without his suggestions!
