Unfortunately for us the slope and the ski park was closed due to lack of snow. But that's something nobody can predict. We travelled for an hour to higher ground ie Rohace. No big deal. We really enjoyed our stay here and won't hesitate to book again if we come back. We didn't get time to test the sauna. Kids loved the smart tv as they could watch all their favorite Netlix and Disney+ programmes. Husband was very impressed with the WiFi speed.

We stayed here as a family of 4 - parents and teenage boys. We had 2 excellent rooms. The home was lovely, including the rooms and the social space downstairs- the breakfast area and the awesome honesty bar, plus the outdoor space. The breakfast was excellent and very generous, including fresh homemade soda bread and cakes! Best of all, the hosts live next door and are a lovely Irish / Slovak family. They were very friendly and always happy to advise on activities and places to go. That was greatly appreciated and really helped us to make the most of our time. The local area has beautiful countryside and walks, plus places like huge caves (amazing) and you can get a cable car up Chopok mountain for an excellent walk on the top.
