The staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we need. The location is central in koh phangan, but you must have a scooter to actually get to places.

Huge room and spacious bathroom (with both a tub and a shower), lovely terrace with your personal pool you can cool off in any time of the day, minute walk to a lovely beach, even less to a food court. Everything was new, clean and well designed, simply beautiful. The staff was also amazing - ready to help with anything you need (taxi, scooter, laudry, you name it).

The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk from 7/11 and many great restaurants, and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The house itself is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. There are several nice balconies, two indoor sitting areas, and even a small yard. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, including a big fridge and all the necessary utensils. Each bedroom has air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay – the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, assisted us with everything we needed, gave great tips about the island, and were always available for any question. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends! 🌴

The people that run this place were the loveliest people we met in Koh phangan. The place is sooooooooooo beautiful. I did not want to leave anymore. It's gorgeous and so calm. It is a beautiful bungalow that is a piece of carpentry art. We looooooved it.

We loved staying there. The room was exactly as expected and had everything we needed. The sea is very calm with little tourists. We loved staying in the garden with the quiet surroundings. Close by are a lot of restaurants and bars. Good to point out that we had an issue with our air-conditioning and the owner was very responsive: he immediately arranged the reparation and even offered to pay us a night in another hotel if the airco wasn't fixed that night. Hopefully it was, but we really appreciated the quick solutions provided.

Mikasa Beach House Koh Phangan is conveniently located at Baantai Beach. Boasting stunning sea views. Lovely clean area beautiful all round, wish we could've stayed longer!
