- great location - spacious room - relatively cheap - access to a shared fridge / kitchen - nice common area and rooftop terrace - shuttle service prearranged for both flights - their solution to use bathrobes instead of big towels had to grow on us but in the end we found it quite ok

Great location! Excellent hospitality. I would recommend to take all tours (Airport Shuttle, Red, Green, Hot Air Balloon ride etc) from them. Prices are fair and service is great!

I loved my stay here very much. The room was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was just amazing. The hotel is very close to the ballon viewing point, a few minutes on foot. The staff is really great, very friendly and helpful. They organized airport shuttle, balloon tour for me, recommended places to visit. Definitely will return here again!

Breakfast was a real feast of delicious local food. Room was super clean and comfy. Excellent location with spectacular views of the hot air balloons and the fairy chimneys. And Han our host went out of his way to make us feel special and brought us refreshing drink while we waited for an airport shuttle. Sad to leave. Highly recommend.

The view on the roof was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they arranged the airport shuttle for us to collection and drop off.

The front desk staff--especially cheerful and exuberant Narin--was extremely helpful in arranging activities, such as ATV rides, ballooning, and a shuttle to the airport. If you're going ballooning with a van call at 4:05am, a staffer is up and making sure the pickup goes smoothly. The hotel is located right off the main drag. You can lounge in all sorts of spaces, including on the rooftop terrace, especially lovely at night when you're swinging in a hang chair or lounging on cushions around a low table.

Great stay at this place. Highly recommended. Take them up on their offers to explore city and shuttles. Comes highly recommended. Gurcken is great host. Also very close to good restaurants. Roof top vibe is also cool. Room is super spacious. Breakfast is also quite good. Best out of my Turkey trip you won't regret it.

1. The hotel has a lounge/.restaurant called seiki which has the nicest views and food and service. Its a mountain cabin kind of vibe with quiet corners and a fire place 2. The staff is exceptional. All polite and helpful and very kind. They accomodated special food requests for my child 3. Location is fabulous. What a view, so quiet and so peaceful 4. Gorg pool and concierge team that organised the hot air balloon for us.
