The location couldn’t have been better!! And I can’t say enough how friendly, helpful and courtesy the staff was! Our room was ready when we arrived and the attendees were amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough for us! Hands down the best and the shuttle was the highlight of our stay!

absolutely NOTHING went well. the silver lining was the ocean view and the engineer and housekeeping managers: Jose and Termain. They deserve an award for working at such a horrendous hotel. It should shut down. The health department should tour the hotel and shut it down.

It's not what I expected I would never offer a family or friend to stay there!! The bad what's the worst like sleeping on the floor!! Plus it's too expensive for how bad condition the place is it's not even worth ,,,and the room look like a cabinet lost in the woods raggedy and old!!

Like others have stated I would give this hotel ZERO stars if I could. Rude staff, No towels and n o pillowcases. I went to the front desk like 5 times because NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE, not the front desk, not housekeeping, nobody ! The room was dirty as well and there were yellow stains on one of the pillows. I would never reccomend this hotel to anyone. It should be shut down from the AC Board of Health.

The staff was friendly overall. The rooms in the west tower have wooden floors which is preferable to carpeting. Rooms were spacious and the fridge was large.

Clean and comfortable room. Very handy to have a little kitchenette for a family. Right on the beachfront although a little further from the “main” part of town. Great shuttle bus and beach chairs/umbrellas services.

the room with this view over the ocean was absolutely stunning ! the shower (actually bigger than my own bathroom !) when you arrive by train there’s a free shuttle to get to the hotel the gym was fantastic !
