We really enjoyed our stay here. Me and my husband, can’t say enough good things about the place, from the accommodating service provided during reservation.. the check- in and check-out process were fast and smooth. To us the best part was the continued communication of the staff, they always engaged with you all the time. They respond to you right away. And of course, the room were nice ,clean and spacious with full of amenities from the kitchen and bathroom necessities.The bathtub was a plus it’s very relaxing. Overall, good customer service, clean room and highly recommended.

Black Bear Lodge is situated in South Lake Tahoe, roughly 0.8 km from the lake and 1.6 km from The Gondola at Heavenly. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and the staff was very kind to leave the keys outside for us because we arrived a little late.

The atmosphere in the house was very comfortable and cozy, everything was thought out to the smallest detail to make your holiday perfect. Overlooking Lake Tahoe's north shore, Hyatt Vacation Club at High Sierra Lodge offers accommodation in Incline Village. A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.
