The room was quite large. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was extraordinarily good. We appreciate the use of "real" dishes. This place is amazing lots of fun things to do beautiful cabins & property, w game room, camp fire, gold fish pond, and neat chicken coop n jar of feed for guest to Feed the chickens. The owner is really friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend the roost for a fun family stay..

The location was perfect. Im originally from Lakehills and now live in San Antonio. I was overstressed and needed to get away and study a bit. The cabins were perfect to relax and debrief in the country. The size was perfect for 2 but could fit more if needed! The animals were so much fun. I would definitely come and stay again!

The Roost Cabins was such an awesome place! Very well maintained, super cute roost with the chickens and even a couple turkeys. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we could think of! Brendan was such an amazing host, friendly and gave great suggestions on where to eat and visit in the area! The location is perfect, walking distance to some fun venues yet still tucked away and quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back! Be sure to check out the game room! Great for groups, couples or even a singles get away! We loved it, thanks Brendan!

The cabin was clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was cozy and just the perfect size for two adults. The location was very secluded. The staff had excellent communication and answered all of our questions.
