The hotel kindly let me leave my luggage and even take a shower before departure. With the high humidity, this was a wonderful bonus that made my journey much more comfortable.

Great staff! Breakfast was awesome and could choose from the menu, the view was the best part of the stay! My husband enjoyed the pool table, the staff even joined us while playing. They work hard to keep the pool clean even in the cold months. They assisted with transportation and if we needed tours.

The room was spotlessly clean and the comfortable, big beds was a plus. The location was amazing, very quiet and just 2 minutes walk from Tám Coc centre. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything we needed. They gave us information about the places we wanted to visit and also arranged a driver for as to visit Bài Dihn pagoda and Trang An. They also offer bicycles for free which was the best way to explore the area. We would definitely come back!

The bungalows are in such good skape, the beds are so comfortable, the bathroom is so spacious! The mountain view was sooo beautiful, and at night there was a bunch of fireflies flying around. One night there was a thunderstorm and it was so cool to sit inside the bungalow and Watch through the window. They also have bicycles which guests can rent for free, which was perfect to explore the area with.

The design, amenities and staff created a comfortable and serene atmosphere. It was so lovely to wake up on a beautiful and peaceful property, we sipped coffee and watched the water buffalo walk by every morning. The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The breakfast spread was delicious and they had a great selections of food and drinks for purchase. Rooms were beautifully designed, clean and cozy. They had nice new scooters and bikes for rent, we used these every day to zip into town. They also have spa services available with the option to purchase some time in the sauna. Couldn't recommend chez cao enough! Compared to other options in town it's a no brainer to stay with them.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Special mention to our hosts who took care of us so well! I still remember we reached Tam Coc on a day when it was very cold and I was almost freezing after a 3 hour bike ride from Hanoi. The moment we reached there our host was ready with hot tea, fruits and cake to welcome us. All through our stay we were fed so well. I absolutely love how they have a little surprise on the breakfast table in the form of a local dish every morning. They also have free bicycles for rent which you can take and roam around.
