This enchanting lodge has a picturesque garden with an imposing pool and is located 5-minute drive from Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square. The staff are all lovely and friendly. They arranged the airport pick up for me at short notice and helped me plan and book excursions with the locals. I did an afternoon private tour of Soweto and parts of JNB. The next day they told me where to walk to pick up the complimentary red bus tour shuttle in Sandton. The room was lovely, private and secure. The common areas homely. Food delicious. Fantastic breakfast in nice surroundings. Secure fence around the property with a 24 hr security guard. They have a pool but I did not use it.
