I loved that the place was inside a beautiful gated wildlife preserve. I felt very safe and secure there. A delightful bonus was seeing giraffe feeding on the trees so close to the walking path just steps from the guest house door! I also saw a warthog and some impala very nearby the place as well. It was a lovely experience staying here! I loved sitting on the porch watching the sunset and hearing the birds singing in the mornings! The hosts Zelda and George were very kind and made sure I found the place alright. They were also very responsive to my questions and concerns.

They were very attentive to details, for example packing us breakfast bags for the days we leave for the safari game drives and making sure we always had enough water. The dinner food was also AMAZING, probably was the best on our whole trip

Our bilingual host, Michael was very attentive to our needs and surprised us with dessert on our 34th wedding anniversary. The accommodation was top notch! Everything was thought through very well and we could just relax. High quality bed linen with beautiful lightning. Thanks for a memorable weekend😁

We stayed here only for a night before driving into Kruger the next day, but it was such a good evening. When we arrived we immediately jumped into the refreshing pool and had a chat and a beer with the other people who stayed at the lodge. Then the owners of the lodge prepared an amazing braai for us and we ate together with everyone who stayed there, which was so cozy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a familial vibe and cozy hangout with other travellers.
