Zur Alten Mine is situated 5 km outside of Graskop. Guests can walk around the dam in the gardens or hike up to the old mine. Beautiful place. Unfortunately we stayed only 2 nights, we couldn't see the whole property, but we would like to come back. The accommodation is well arranged and cosy with a fire place perfect in the winter. Don't miss the breakfast, it's delicious with many local and homemade products.

South Safari Lodge was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed on holiday. We felt so welcomed, comfortable and at home. The lodge was clean and beautiful, the food was delicious and everyone working there was beyond kind. Even more exceptional were the animals walking right through the property, the ease of booking a safari tour through the lodge, and proximity to Kruger.

This accomodation litteraly has anything you might need. The looks are amazing, the view is even more stunning and the bed is extremely comfortable. We were sad that we didn’t have the time to stay longer and will definitely come back. Also the host was amazing and even offerted to use the canoes.

Excellent staff - they advised us what routes we can take for the self-drive which helped us a lot. We also had an amazing game drive with Louis. We had booked the safari package and that included one evening game drive in Manyeleti reserve. Perfect location - The stay is just outside Kruger Orpen gate, was very easy to take a self-drive to Kruger in the morning

Lyndie was an absolutely incredible host and the lodge is exceptionally beautiful - we couldn’t have asked for more. We were helped with any issue we had and the service went above and beyond, I honestly couldn’t thank Lyndie and the team at Linvale lodge enough. What an incredible place, thank you so much f
