The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We appreciated the dinner options offered after our long drive - there were different dishes available, each catering to various price ranges, which was great. The hotel was very clean, and although the bathrooms are shared, we never had any issues with waiting, were always tidy and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night. The location is fantastic if you’re planning to visit Godafoss or Aldeyjarfoss, as both are very close. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection that set us up perfectly for the day ahead. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend it, especially for those looking for a peaceful stay close to some of Iceland’s stunning waterfalls!

I love the guesthouse concept of Iceland. This is like a full nice house for you. Nice kitchen and living rooms, as well as enough showers and toilets. It was super warm and we decorated. It gave us a bit of the feeling of leaving there. It's just on the road so it's super easy to arrive. We liked it a lot. The breakfast included was extra good with local products, even homemade food from the farm!

It was absolutely spotless and was well equipped for the size. Also, beautiful views and the host was very attentive.
