Loved this hotel - from a warm welcome to delicious meals in the restaurant and breakfast as we requested. Peaceful location with spectacular views and nearby lake. Staff were particularly helpful and concerned when we had a mishap and needed a few extras out of normal hours - room was spacious and modern bathroom.

first time in city, only passing by ( had bus next day). It's very comfortable, place... Friendly staff, good location, was walking distance to food, shopping and not so far from bus station. Price was affordable, ok for being not in tourist high season. And as a traveller who prefer to use debit card( I don't have credit card, not intending on getting one) it's was great that Hotel allows stays without a credit card as security. Not everyone has credit cards, for each their own personal reasons. The staff, hotel was able to be booked online, and was able to accept cash payments without credit card being filed too. Thank you for that.

What a lovely country!

What a lovely country! It was small and walkable with easy transportation in and out of the city. It's obvious the Andorran people take great pride in their culture and country. We enjoyed outdoor meals in the old town area, hiking up above the town, the Dali square, and especially enjoyed spending an entire rainy day at Caldea Spa. I am very happy to have experienced Andorra for three days, but would not return because, as a vegetarian, it was incredibly difficult to find places to eat. The few we found were nice, but took a lot of effort (and even had to walk out of a few restaurants) just to find a meal.

If you’re into shopping and chic brands then it’s worth a stop. Otherwise very crowded and lots of traffic and air quality was not very good as the place is located in a basin between mountains. Lots of traffic, crowded streets and bad air was the perfect reason for me to get out of the place after one just night!

Beautiful, well-kept, clean and safe. Everything is within a reasonable walking distance. Old Town is very nice. The shopping areas are full of people, but the crowds are manageable. The scenery is a daily bonus. You can see everything in 3-4 days.

Andorra la Vella is very clean and is well maintained. Very easy to navigate. Plenty of lifts to the higher levels of the city as you move away from the valley floor. Lots of public art and this city has been designed with visitors in mind. The local bus service within and to surrounding locations is very good. Plenty of good places to eat and plenty of choice of cuisine too.

Shoppers paradise. Buzzing town. Easy access to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Staff in the shops seemed helpful but surprisingly unfriendly. 🤔 That was disappointing. The Barri Antic hostel where we stayed was a great find in the old part of the town. Highly recommended.

Andorra is shopping heaven.

Andorra is shopping heaven. Yet make an effort to visit the old town, it is charming. Restaurants caters for all tastes and budgets. Carrefour supermarket has a self service restaurant attached, specialised in roasted chicken. Utterly delicious!! Parking is expensive but worth the cost for the saving you make on your shopping. I good base to have if you wish to go hiking. stunning views of the mountains in all directions.

Loved everything ! From check in where we were warmly welcomed by the General Manager and Estafania and offered refreshments . We gratefully accepted the sparkling wine . Upon arrival in our rooms , we had a bottle of sparkling wine , fruit and chocolates awaiting us . Lovely gesture . Rooms big , clean and super king beds very comfortable . Hotel fabulous proximity to the beautiful town of Andorra 🇦🇩. Best value for money so far , having travelled for 6 weeks .

Greta ambience and Very centrally located! Room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Everything working a manageable walking distance. It is centrally between the Caldea Spa and the bus station - both are about 15 min walk from the hotel. Good restaurants nearby and teh shipping streets are right next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel

A wonderful hotel, ideally placed for exploring Andorra la Vella. Close to the bus station, the lovely historic centre and a short walk from the main shopping area. Great staff, clean cosy room and a classy bar and restaurant area. The pool offers brilliant views too. Would recommend.

Very convenient location within walking distance of all key areas of Andorra la Vella, and very close to the national bus station (to go elsewhere in Andorra as well as to Spain and France). Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was of good size, clean and confortable.
