The room was huge compared to ordinary hotels (an extra 15 euros for the upgrade, but it was worth it for us). The view from the full-sized windows was impressive, offering a panoramic vista that extended 10 kilometers. The equipment was adequate, with everything needed for a good vacation (microwave, stove, coffee maker, etc.). There were also 2 LED TVs: one for watching programs with friends and another for viewing from the bed. Overall, the room was perfect. On the last day, I watched a thunderstorm from the balcony, which was incredible. Thanks to the staff and owners for creating such an unbelievable atmosphere.

This is a fabulous budget hotel. Exactly what I was looking for to escape a few days of 40 degree heat in Toulouse! I was particularly impressed with the awareness of potential noise from other rooms. The TV volume doesn't go up very loud and I was given a room with no neighbours - without having to ask (i know this isn't always possible if they are busy). There is always something to eat or drink there at very good prices breakfast, dinner... . They can't guarantee parking but if you ask they will see if they have a space in their garage. Reception are warm and friendly while remaining professional. Everything very clean. Absolutely superb and I hope to be back soon.

Hello! For the first time were in Andorra and are very glad to have chosen this hotel! Excellent location, excellent staff, we travel a lot and I can assure you that the staff of this hotel is incredible, we were delighted ! The hotel has a private slope where you can learn to ski for beginners and it is wonderful!! Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday and we will no doubt return again !!!

I was advised to hire a car for the up hill walk back, but...

I was advised to hire a car for the up hill walk back, but definitely hire lockers down at the lift, this makes the walk a bit easier. I wouldn't have needed a car, but older people may, it is a 10+ minute walk, but it did not phase any of us. The accommodation is large and facilities excellent, on the whole excellent value for money, I will short list the accommodation for future visits. The communication too from the host was excellent.

I've been spending my holidays at this accommodation for...

I've been spending my holidays at this accommodation for several years now, and from the staff's service and cleanliness to the ease of check-in on Sundays, and especially the views and tranquility, it's 100% recommended. I'll definitely be back. If I had to find a fault, it would be that there's no luggage loading and unloading area, and parking is quite limited.

I hadn't expected to have to pay an extra €14 per night to use the parking. The pool is in the hotel, not the apartments. This time, the stay was very expensive, but we didn't have any other dates available.

It is nestled in a beautiful spot in the Pyrenees, very close to the Grau Roig ski resort and very interesting places such as the Roc de Quer viewpoint and the Romanesque hermitage of Sant Joan de Caselles, for example.

The spacious, comfortable, well appointed apartment had double doors onto a large balcony with mountain views. The sun streamed into the living space. The central location meant you could walk down to shops and restaurants. The staff and manager were friendly and offered great advice, information and directions to local attractions and recommended restaurants. The overall look of the hotel blended in perfectly with the alpine landscape. The hotel communications pre visit were excellent.

Amazing location for the hotel, my room has everything I need during stay in the hotel including washing machine. Room was hot all the time and I was really surprised to get it. Reception was was so kind and hospitable during whole my stay and answered all my questions related to the resort and La Vella in overall.

The accommodation is lovely, modern and exceptionally clean. Location was quiet and relatively easy to find but worth mentioning that you turn right opposite the hotel. This hotel serves good beer and pizzas!
