Everything about our stay at Lapita was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff are incredibly well-trained—it really feels like they’ve all received top-notch training in customer service and hospitality. Everyone we met was güler yüzlü (always smiling) and kind, making us feel right at home. The resort itself is spotless and well-maintained. The value for money is 100% worth it—not only do you get luxury and comfort, but each night includes free tickets to Dubai Parks and Resorts theme parks, which is an amazing bonus for families and adventure seekers. A special thanks to Samreen, who was so sweet and consistently welcoming. Her smile and attitude truly brightened our stay. Also, a heartfelt shoutout to the lovely lady with glasses at the lobby café—I didn’t catch her name, but she was always smiling and incredibly kind every time we stopped by. Well done, Lapita! There was some mistake on booking.com hotel profile; I booked family room of 68 sq m, but in reality this room was 38 sq m. After discovering that, I went to sort it out to reception - and they handled it in a very good way, admitted mistake; It took a while, but eventually we were given different room in different hotel that met our expectations / initial booking. (hotel was in the same hotel compound, just 200m away). They also corrected booking.com description immediatelly. This is the true value of good customer service - handling exceptions; And this was a trip for my parents / 70th year birthday of my dad - Patrick, thanks a lot and warm regards to JA staff!
