At the reception, Abhishek, Alaa, Maris, and Neha were exceptionally welcoming and efficient. They handled everything with professionalism and ensured all my queries and needs were met with a smile. Their warmth and attention to detail set the tone for a great stay. The housekeeping staff, including Raju, Nimasha, Vishvanath, and Lin Shwe, did an outstanding job. My room was always spotless, and they were quick to assist whenever I needed anything. Their dedication and hard work were evident in the level of cleanliness and comfort I experienced. Overall, the staff made my stay incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return!

A place for a quiet, peaceful vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything is clean. The food at Backwaters is good and reasonably priced. We had a wonderful vacation. I recommend it for a quiet family vacation.
