It was new and comfortable and the rooms are very spacious, the staff was very nice they even helped us with problems we faced with our car rental agency without us having to ask for any help . We only stayed there for a night , but we wish we were staying for longer

We stayed here initially for 2 nights and loved it so much we stayed another 3 nights, total 5 nights. The rooms were sooooo comfortable..we slept great! The staff, especially Elsa and manager Gary and the 2 fellows in the breakfast room were terrific. The variety and quality of the breakfast were great. The location of this hotel couldn't be better. As we were leaving the hotel Gary came running out with a bag of farewell goodies for us..what a sweet gesture. STAY HERE WHEN IN TERANO..
