The place was very clean, it was open yet still private, and the staff were extremely friendly. Mary was especially helpful and can speak English. It's located a little outside of the center of the city, but I could still get to Downtown Yerevan easily by bus or taxi. I'd definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Armenia.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful — clean, cozy, stylish, and brand new. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a real home away from home. The atmosphere was warm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal: close to the city center, yet perfectly situated for easy trips to both Lake Sevan and Tsaghkadzor — no traffic, no rush. It’s a great spot whether you want to explore or just unwind. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly kind and attentive. Every hotel has its strengths and shortcomings, but ultimately, it’s the overall experience that shapes your impression. I’m giving Andor a 10 out of 10 — not just because of its facilities, but because of the outstanding customer service provided by the hotel manager, Tatevik. Although Tatevik was away during our stay and we didn’t get to meet in person, she was incredibly helpful and responsive through phone communication. Her attention and support really stood out and made a difference in our experience. We were a group of five friends staying in three separate rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were just right. Breakfast wasn’t self-service, but it was of good quality and we were satisfied. What we especially enjoyed was the social vibe of the hotel. Many solo travelers were staying there, and the common areas made it easy to sit down, chat, and connect with people from different cultures — a lovely touch that made the stay feel warm and communal.
