We loved the wellness facilities of the hotel, including the two heated pools, the sauna with a view and and fantastic massage service. The food was also excellent and the staff very friendly with us.

Very nice apartment. Rooms are as spacious as seen on the photos. One bedroom is smaller and the kitchen is a bit narrow but otherwise, there's plenty of space. A large ski boots heater and ski/snowboard storage is located in the basement. It worked flawlessly. Good temperature, it was nicely warm for our whole stay. Toaster, microwave, coffee machine (with filters) and a dishwasher available in the kitchen. Closest shop is about 650m from the apartment.

We would like to thanks all the staff from MalisGartern for their professional approach, especially the Calvin who was very helpful, kind and always ready to assist. Also big thanks to Anton, and also Judy our guide for hiking. She is very big professional and kind person. We spent a very nice day hiking in Tirol Alps. Also big thanks to Simone from the bar, she is big professional bartender and always prepare tasty drinks for us. The environment of the hotel is very quiet, which suits for us very well as we were looking for relax. The pool, Spa and garden were amazing and our jacuzzi on the balcony was the cherry on the top :) We would like to fully recommend this hotel and definitely will come back!

I have eaten at many Michelin restaurants and eating here is comparable if not better. It was a joy to go for food every meal. They even have a snack, which is a meal, after the slopes, 3-5. Awesome hotel with great views and rooms and the staff are super.

Everything was perfect. We stayed for skiing holiday. The apartment is located directly on the slope 17 of Hochzillertal ski-resort. You can ski down and catch the ski-bus right at the end of this slope. On the way back you ski comfortably back to the accommodation. The apartment is newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, equipped with all you need. The owner is a very nice and easy going lady, willing to help with everything.

Located in the center of Aschau with shop and bakery next to the house and the inhouse restaurant available on the ground floor (not operated by the host). ZIllertal Arena and Hochzillertal ski area reachable by car in 5 minutes, skibus stop in front of the house. The apartment we stayed in was very nice, modern, spacious and clean. The host was very kind and friendly.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The spacious apartment, comfortable beds, and superbly equipped kitchen were just the beginning. The warmth of the landlady enhanced our stay, and we were already thinking about when we would return. I can recommend the accommodation to everyone. everything was superlative. Extraordinary accommodation, everything new, well-kept, discreet food, delicious every time. Bus in front of the accommodation to go skiing and the train 5 minutes walking distance from the accommodation. If I travel to the Zillertal valley again, I will definitely choose the same accommodation.
