We liked the modern, stylishly furnished, very clean and comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, mountain Unterberg view from the balcony, warm responsive hosts, convenient parking next to the house, and excellent location relative to Salzburg (10 minutes to the centre by car) and very close to the impressive Hellbrunn Palace complex with a vast park. There are two large supermarkets a few steps from the house. The bicycles provided to us by the hosts were a nice bonus (there is a wonderful bike path along Salzach River right from the house to Hellbrunn). Also, we have got from the host excellent advice on the sights and hikes of the area.

The hotel has a beautiful exterior and interior, the hotel exudes warmth, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The owner and hostess are very friendly. The food is very tasty, plentiful, and the breakfast is varied and perfect, the parking lot is huge right in front of the hotel. I would like to praise Borkica and Jelica, who are very kind, hardworking, pleasant and helped us a lot.

Literally, one of the best hotels we’ve ever booked! Hosts were welcoming and friendly. Provided lots of information on the region, including restaurants, things to do, places to visit etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable. High quality materials and great comfort in all areas. And the SPA - we were amazed by the spa and the pools! Never expected such a great relax and spa zone. You have access to a spa bar, calm relax zone, and as many towers as you might need! This was the first time I was not supposed to ask for a dry towel. Also, the breakfast was delicious - great variety and good food quality. Nearby, there is an Italian restaurant - a must visit for dinner. Last but not least - free parking, e-charging station and private lake! And the lake! Wow, such a beauty! 10/10 and this is the first time I am giving such a rating on booking!

I have not visit this village but from the hotel is a 7...

I have not visit this village but from the hotel is a 7 minutes walk to the bus stop. I took the bus to Salzburg and it saves a lot of hassle to find parking etc. The bus number is 160 and costed 3.30 Euros per person. The journey is circa 20 minutes and I got off at Morzartplatz. The bus back is on the other side of the river Salzach, near the Rathaus.

This accommodation is perfectly located.

This accommodation is perfectly located. Lovely hillside views, very quiet, apart from animal noises. There are a few friendly farm animals, and some alpacas. The park and ride is only a few minutes away, for a trip into Salzburg, whilst you can also hike nearby, so get the best of both worlds. The accommodation was very clean and we were blessed with warm weather so could relax on the balcony. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone with a car, wanting to explore the area around Salzburg.

Absolutely loved the immaculate and well equipped apartment. Our hosts Robert & Eva-May were very prompt & responsive to all our queries & provided plenty of useful tips on getting around Salzburg. The bed was very comfortable & we feel rested in the quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance is a hotel restaurant that serves delicious Austrian cuisine . The buses into old town are also a short walk away. Everything was perfect and made our holiday in Salzburg so much more memorable.

This is the best B&B hotel we've ever visited. The building is built with handmade wood, high quality, the whole place has an amazing atmosphere, the room is beautiful and luxorious. You can pet the animals in the farm, alpacas, donkeys etc. And they serve you their chickens eggs for breakfast. It is close to Salzburg (only by car) but far enough to experience the alpen lifestyle. They also have appartements. The owners are the nicest people ever.

The hotel is well-located in a semi-rural area south of Salzburg. It is only 5 minutes walk to the local rail station from where there are frequent train and bus services into the city. My room was large and comfortable. The bathroom, in particular, was very well equipped. The selection at breakfast was very good - varieties of bread, cereals, fruit, cheese, ham & salami. Most was local and organic.

The guesthouse is more beautiful than the photos. The room we got was fully renovated, comfy with stunning view. The stuff is very polite and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay near Salzburg.
