The hotel is new, and it shows everywhere from the restaurant and bar downstairs to the hallways leading to the rooms and the rooms and suits everything smells and feels new and crisp. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests we made, so the level of customer service and hospitality is at par with a hotel of this rating. Also, kudos to the cleaning staff who did an amazing good of turning the room back to its neat original condition every day and the level of detail in doing their job. The location is very central 10 min walk to the commercial district with all the shops and cafes and museums. The suite we stayed at was clean, spacious, with a mini bar and fridge full of complementary goodies. The bathroom had all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast was really good with a good selection of cold spreads, salads, yogourts, breads, and an egg station for your favourite egg style with an extensive bar for drinks including fresh juieces and champagne for those who would like to start the day on a higher note :)

Super location! Only one minute walk from central square of cathedral. Unlike the expectation for the old hotel in Europe, all equipments are new and functional including sufficient hot water from shower and bath tab even on the top floor. Small roof balcony from spiral staircases is charming for coffee break and breakfast. Finally Ulrike at reception takes care all for visitors kindly and cheerfully, Super!!!

I have not visit this village but from the hotel is a 7...

I have not visit this village but from the hotel is a 7 minutes walk to the bus stop. I took the bus to Salzburg and it saves a lot of hassle to find parking etc. The bus number is 160 and costed 3.30 Euros per person. The journey is circa 20 minutes and I got off at Morzartplatz. The bus back is on the other side of the river Salzach, near the Rathaus.

This accommodation is perfectly located.

This accommodation is perfectly located. Lovely hillside views, very quiet, apart from animal noises. There are a few friendly farm animals, and some alpacas. The park and ride is only a few minutes away, for a trip into Salzburg, whilst you can also hike nearby, so get the best of both worlds. The accommodation was very clean and we were blessed with warm weather so could relax on the balcony. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone with a car, wanting to explore the area around Salzburg.

The location is beautiful, with the Salzach river right nearby, ideal for a morning stroll or an evening walk. Biking, running, walking the dog – everything is possible here.

A quiet village outside of Salzburg, yet conveniently located for visiting several nearby attractions (the salt mine, lakes, and castles), and also connected to the city by tram. The Salzburg Card is an excellent option for those who want to visit the city and its surroundings and also use public transportation.

Everything is beautiful, Austria is always well-organized, clean, and tidy. The town center is beautiful, a real treat, even the walk along the river. Very close to Salzburg's historic center.

A perfect base for exploring Salzburg and the surrounding area. The apartment is spacious with a generous bathroom and equipped with all modern conveniences, including a microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Both bedrooms have TVs. Highly recommended for families with children. There's an outdoor play area for kids, and not to forget the five alpacas and other animals.

Absolutely loved the immaculate and well equipped apartment. Our hosts Robert & Eva-May were very prompt & responsive to all our queries & provided plenty of useful tips on getting around Salzburg. The bed was very comfortable & we feel rested in the quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance is a hotel restaurant that serves delicious Austrian cuisine . The buses into old town are also a short walk away. Everything was perfect and made our holiday in Salzburg so much more memorable.

This is the best B&B hotel we've ever visited. The building is built with handmade wood, high quality, the whole place has an amazing atmosphere, the room is beautiful and luxorious. You can pet the animals in the farm, alpacas, donkeys etc. And they serve you their chickens eggs for breakfast. It is close to Salzburg (only by car) but far enough to experience the alpen lifestyle. They also have appartements. The owners are the nicest people ever.

We stayed in one of the hotelrooms (there are also appartments) and we absolutely loved our stay here. The location is perfect: surrounded by nature yet very close to Salzburg (15 minutes by car). The beds were very comfortable and the room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was also very good. Our toddler loved the many animals on the farm.
