This place is super good, close to the ski slopes. The breakfast was delicious. Staff is kind and helpful. The chocolates on the pillows were very cute.

Location is excellent as there are many nearby places to visit. Hotel is modern and finished to a high standard. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel sorted a taxi for our group to a restaurant in the hills, excellent! It's on our Hotel list for more visits.

Place is really amazing. Go sleep with sunset and wake up with sun is wondefull. On breakfast you have everything what you need and for dinner you can choose from 2 meals. Wellness was also good.

Surrounded by a well-groomed garden, this family-run boutique hotel is 200 metres away from Kaprun's gondola station. It features free public WiFi.

It was a quiet location of the main road with a beautiful view of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. Mikael was always around somewhere and very helpful and communicative and approached everything in a relaxed manner which gave the experience a nice relaxed tone. I stayed for one night only, but that was a really pleasant experience overall. The hotel interior is fantastic, there is an interesting ambient all over the place, there is also a beautiful outside garden. Would definitely stay again at BHPKaprun. ✌️👍

Outstanding experience. Excellent breakfast. The castle itself is very interesting, has a lot of different hidden places, and in such a great condition! We enjoyed our stay.

First class service, beautiful food, fantastic location and all of the staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The Wellness Centre and pool were the perfect way to relax after a few hours on the slopes. This is the perfect location for winter or summer. 10/10.
