From the moment we drove into the car park beneath the hotel, we knew we were in for something special. We arrived early, but our room was already ready which allowed us to enjoy this stunning place for longer. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the property, and shared her emotions towards this place. Our studio room was very big, smelled beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a balcony with stunning mountain views. We received a thoughtful welcome guide with info about the sauna, pool, and restaurant recommendations. The wellness area is brand new and absolutely jaw dropping, an infinity heated pool with massage jets, multiple saunas, a snack and drinks station, reading lights, bikini dryer!!! , natural outdoor pool, BBQ area, and beautifully designed gardens. They even offer massages and sell their handmade soaps and products! The owners were exceptional, always smiling, kind, and genuinely welcoming, the hospitality is something that stays in your memories forever. The hotel is just a short walk from the town center with plenty of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was incredible and served with such warmth that we felt like part of the family. Truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly, highly recommended!

The hotel was in a fantastic location. The owners and staff couldn’t have been more attentive during our stay. If we requested anything in conversation it wasn’t forgotten about so the attention to detail was magnificent. Food was exceptional.

I have eaten at many Michelin restaurants and eating here is comparable if not better. It was a joy to go for food every meal. They even have a snack, which is a meal, after the slopes, 3-5. Awesome hotel with great views and rooms and the staff are super.

I booked this hotel as a last minute offer because I needed somewhere to stay during my last night in the region. The staff was extremely friendly and the terrace from the restaurant was just great to chill and enjoy some food/drinks. Also enjoyed the views from the balcony at my room. Very nice hotel and highly recommended. Few meters from train station which made it convenient.

Everything about the hotel was what my son and I expected. The suites were finished in a very modern style and the artificial fireplace was the icing on the cake. The spa area was well dimensioned for the size of the hotel and the views from the top floor of the surrounding mountains was spectacular. The food we ate there, whether breakfast, afternoon "snack" or supper never disappointed.

From Fügenberg it is close to Achensee, Innsbruck, Wattens. I was enchanted by the Rofan Alps and Lake Achensee. In the rain we visited the Kristtalwelten Swarovski museum, it thrilled us. The Wolfsklamm gorge did not disappoint me either.

Fügenberg is just one part of the municipality of Fügen.

Fügenberg is just one part of the municipality of Fügen. Looking at Fügenberg in isolation would be unfair, as it offers little more than holiday homes, guesthouses, and two inns. The entire municipality of Fügen must be considered, and it's definitely worth a short break, whether for hiking or as a base for exploring the entire Zillertal valley.

A lovely little village on the mountain.

A lovely little village on the mountain. They still butcher their own animals there, and you can buy the meat directly. The Gogl Hof is a delicious restaurant, and children can see the animals and play on the playground. Very friendly people in Fügenberg. We'd love to come back.

We absolutely adored this cosy hotel. The family who run it are the most welcoming and kind people - they gave us great tips on things to do and helped us book beautiful local restaurants during our stay. The room was a great size for our family and spotlessly clean. The spa area was great - we loved the heated outdoor pool with magical views of the snow covered mountains. The breakfast was exceptional - such a beautiful cosy space with so many lovely fresh options to choose from. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back :)

This was a great choice! I'm so happy I booked this! The lady was so nice! The room was amazing, and even though the bathroom and shower were separate and just down the hall, this didn't bother me at all. The breakfast was great, and FÜGEN was a great village. The views in this area are unreal, and the spatenhof felt abot like home. I've stayed in 6 hotels in my 7 night stay all over Austria, and this was my 2nd favourite. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly family runs the hotel. The view is breathtaking. The breakfast is Super. It’s the perfect place to spend your vacation specially if you have kids. The playground is amzing as well. We can’t really get over how sweet this family is, specially anny, even with our child. I highly recommand this place. you will not regret it.

A fantastic place. Beautiful surroundings and a beautifully designed hotel. The host family, spanning three generations, was incredibly warm and welcoming - we would return to this hotel just because of them :) All in all, a fantastic stay.

We stayed here in February and went skiing. The house is in a beautiful location, the ski bus is only a few minutes walk. The host is very nice and helpful, the hotel next to the house has a very well-equipped spa. I can only recommend it.
