Hotel location is very nice. Located next to the subway station, it is very easy to go into the city. Otherwise very quiet in Seestadt, lots of option to relax outside around the lake. Staff were very polite and courteous.

New, clean, and efficiently designed facilities. The staff speaks good English. Although it is far from Vienna central city, subway U2 line has a station right behind it. And exactly because it is far from central city, there are plenty of free private parking space. I drive my car and leave it here, exploring Vienna with subway for several days. The Aspern lion----a monument for 1809 battlefield of Aspern/Esslin is at the street corner.

We had booked several rooms of different bed types.

We had booked several rooms of different bed types. We sent the hotel a list of names and rooms for each tourist in advance. On the spot we were given other rooms, instead of deluxe - ordinary ones. Single rooms were confused with double rooms and double rooms with single rooms. It was very unpleasant. Check in took a long time.

Quiet place but some items should be in the rooms like a kittle and bottled water. I asked for a coffee and the receptionist said no coffee and I asked for a soup but sadly the answer was negative by the same person at the front desk.

Unfortunately the people at reception were impolite and...

Unfortunately the people at reception were impolite and unprofessional the treatment for me was very bad and I didn’t like the attitude of the receptionist Secondly the room doesn’t have either refrigerator or water heater , the hotel was 30km far from Vienna international airport while in the Booking.com site it was mentioned 7 km so the taxi cost me 70$ which is too much I’ll never go back to this hotel again and I don’t recommend it.

...just stay one night, easy travel by bus and U-bahn to city centre, easy for shopping close by...would recommend for accomodation...breakfast was nice, tasty, fresh, good and plentifull selection...would happily stay again...

Good location if you have a car.

Good location if you have a car. Massive bonus it is pet friendly. It was clean but during our stay in our wing were ongoing reconstruction - no noise tho in the night etc. Overall happy with two nights stay. We did miss a fridge and some kettle in our room. Breakfast is not great if you are a vegan.
