The staff is very friendly and always helpful. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a larger room with a great view of the mountains and close to the elevator. This hotel has a very chic location. From the room's terrace, you could see the mountains and the sky. There are many different hiking trails nearby. There weren't many people during the weekdays, and we just wanted to get away from people and the city and breathe in the fresh forest air. Also, there aren't many restaurants in the town overall, but the hotel provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which was very convenient for me personally. In the afternoon, you could use the sauna, from which you could go out onto the terrace with a view of the mountains. If we want to escape the city again, we will definitely come back.

The rooms were delightfully cozy and a very good standard. I had a single room with a balcony which had a charming view of the valley. It was spacious and quiet with new floors and fittings, new furnishing and everything comfortable. Breakfast was good with buffet and a la carte options. Location was good. Walking distance to everywhere, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to the ski lifts or you could take a free bus. Staff were always friendly and very helpful.
