I don’t even know where to begin the praise for this place! Everything was excellent! From the room, to the spa, and the staff, my God, the staff! Nicest people you could ask for. The fact that it’s adult only ensures that you get plenty of rest and quiet. But this does not mean boredom! Let me detail our experience. We booked a standard room. When we arrived, they told us they upgraded our room which was the first pleasant surprise. Then, seeing we had a dog, they asked if we want to dine in the restaurant or in the lobby bar, because dogs were permitted in the lobby bar. We had breakfast in the lobby and dinner in the restaurant. Then, each one of us got a vacation card, which we could use for all kind of activities, like the lift, rafting, museums and so on (some were for free, others discounted). In the room, the first fill of the minibar was free (like whaaat??), we got a bowl and treats for the dog. The toilet is in a separate room from the washroom, which if you’re the lady in a straight couple you know is a plus 😅 the shower was huge and they have the nicest toiletries (even lip balm!). The room was also super quiet, or maybe we did not have any neighbours. In the restaurant, we were always seated at the same table, which was really nice. For the breakfast you can order 3 kinds of eggs, there’s cheese and salami and the others, but also muesli, fruit, baked goods and jams. Oh and some super crispy bacon! The dinner is 5 course, and for the soup and the main you can choose from a variety which is really nice. The food is top notch! I still think about the lamb I had and the mango and chilly sorbet (that made my mouth hot and cold simultaneously). The spa is nice and quiet, there are 2 pools and a jacuzzi. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. And lastly, the staff. Everyone, from the reception, to the guys from the bar and the restaurant are super professional and nice. Everyone loves dogs and will pet them at any chance.

Great variety, something for most tastes. Nassfeld resort is not greatly promoted in UK which is a shame as it is well worth visiting. Good location central to the area, ski bus available but good to have own transport

Hotel Samerhof is a very convenient and quiet property, offering a very good breakfast and having friendly and attentive staff always ready to help and assist with anything you need. SPA area is a real surprise, offering 3 different saunas, thermo lounge chairs, showers and fresh air room, while the whole area is impeccably clean. Great benefit of Samerhof is offering of SKI depot to use near the main lift. Check in was pretty quick, and Mrs. Anna and Mr. Elias welcomed us with a very positive attitude and a huge smile. Mrs. Denise from the restaurant area is very attentive and will solve any concern or need you have. Mrs. Evelyn at the front desk is very professional and understands what hospitality really is. The manager is always present, working together with his team, and at the same time being available and taking care of all the guests and the property in general anytime - a sign of a vision, dedication and professionalism.

The destination is very close to the Millenium Express ski gondola. The village is Rattendorf, which is very small but nice, you can walk to Jenig. Great location if you are looking for accommodation to ski in Nassfeld.

The apartment is really nice, clean and well equipped. Parking place is free. It is nice area only 4 km away from cable car Millenium express (beginning of Nassfeld ski resort). View from balcony is amazing. The price is more than reasonable. The main thing is that you will feel like home and have wonderful experience. Very helpful and friendly owners - thank you for everything :)

Very good property, close to (4km) the Millennium Express ski lift. The ski bus station is next to the house. Jenig is a quiet, peaceful village. The friendly owner also keeps cows at the house, so sometimes there is a stronger smell. But it’s natural. You can order milk, sausages or bread for breakfast.

The Hotel has a very nice location, 10min away from the ski lift. Food was very good. The Staff was very nice, very welcoming, helpfull. We definitely will be coming back and we recommend this hotel.

Ski lift 5 minute drive, Weissen see 30 min drive, Hermagor so close. Friendly and helpful hosts, great breakfast, with Nassfeld + card we could enjoy attractions for free (ski lift, lake strand).
