Great food and service at this family run hotel. Authentic Austrian homemade cuisine, the owner, Christian, is also the cook and makes a perfect Kaiserschmarrn. Clean, comfortable, modern rooms. Great entertainment with live music in the hotel bar at night. Central location in Niederau. Hiking/biking trails and lifts easily reachable by foot. A big thank you to the hosts and owners, Christian and his son Dominik, for an incredible stay! We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic 2 week stay. It's quite a bit out of the way of the ski area, needing a car and we also needed snow chains- so beware. However, the place is super comfy, feels new, secluded and the hosts were just fantastic and so helpful- helping us to rescue our run away dog- thank you thank you thank you!! We also enjoyed the fresh milk and eggs from the cows and chickens just next door :) The views of the Alps are fantastic!

Excellent hotel. is in an excellent location, I was 3 nights. Amazing staff, comfortable rooms and a very comfortable bed too. Room service is really good, towels are changed and cleaned well (only in one of the showers did I notice that they didn't clean the crumbs from the floor, but it wasn't terrible, maybe they didn't notice). Parking is free, and if there is no parking space adjacent to the hotel, there are more parking spaces 100 meters away. highly recommend.

Great resort for families and for beginners. Ski school is brilliant for anyone who wants to start learnig to ski. I recommend the lockers in Margreiter to save you from carrying all that ski gear up and down the ountain.

For such a small town in the alps, there was quite a lot...

For such a small town in the alps, there was quite a lot going on in Niederau. There are several bars and restaurants, as well as a couple of supermarkets and to ski pistes, which are unfortunately not connected, but there is a bus between the two.

The Wildschönau card is fantastic!

The Wildschönau card is fantastic! We were able to ride the bus for free and go up two mountains... a beautiful area... perfect for hiking or walks. There are some great restaurants nearby, although not cheap... but that's normal for a tourist area in Austria.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 nights and received from the hosts the valley ticket that included all the cable cars and other activities. We only used the cable cars but it was definitely worth it. The valley is really beautiful. Breathtaking mountains emerge from every direction. Perfect vacation

Niederau has a cable car (Markbachjochbahn) which can be used free of charge with a guest card. There is excellent signage for hikes and other activities. A pharmacy and supermarket are located in the village. There is a very good bus connection to Wörgl. In Niederau, you will find at least seven restaurants/pubs on the main street. Niederau offers a ski school and a paragliding school.

lovely staff, family run hotel, and 7-8 min walk to slopes. good to have a washing machine - get tokens at reception. swimming pool great - although no clothes permitted in Sauna therefore we refrained from that! good selection of hot drinks at breakfast. great salad bar child friendly there’s couple of shops in the village and couple of bars showing sporting events.

The apartment of 34m2 was very clean, warm, comfortable for two people and good base to explore the nearby ski areas by car. SkiJuwel, SkiWelt and Kitzski ski areas within max 30 minutes drive. Hosts are very nice and recommended good restaurants in Niederau. Thank you and hope to see you again :)

The rooms size is really nice and the view from my room (in level -1) was exceptional. Coming back to the hotel pool, sauna & steam after a long day of skiing is great!
