you open your window curtains and there is the Alps right in front of your eyes, humbling you down and yet the majesty of the miracle mountains. The best part is when you take the STB tram to get to the hotel and get down at the mutters station. One of the best tram rides I have ever had in any part of the world as it goes through meadows, mountains and tunnels , up from the city into an elevation of 900 metres above sea level.

What an incredible location! The views were outstanding and probably some of the best I've seen from a hotel. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff along with delicious food. Will most definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommended!

I've been to Oberperfuß several times because I like it here so much...the place itself...the natural surroundings...not far from Innsbruck...it's great for strolling...and the politeness of the Austrians always impresses me, especially the landlady and the landlord of the Hotel Kleissl.

We didn't really spend any time in the town itself.

We didn't really spend any time in the town itself. Our destination was Innsbruck – we were in the city center by car from our accommodation in less than fifteen minutes. Had we stayed longer, we certainly would have gone for a hike starting right from the doorstep.

Beautiful view of the mountains, valley, possibility of walks, beautiful shop available, sufficiently equipped, pharmacy, ATM,...A little possibility of other ski resorts, driving distance to Innsbruck. Location beautiful and great :)

We stayed at the hotel for nine nights. The hotel is run by a nice and welcoming couple, who made all their efforts to accommodate our requests and recommend very good places to go to. The apartment was very clean and beautiful landscape from both balconies. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious and were served on time. We highly recommend this hotel

An amazing place for couples and families. A short walk to supermarket and 1klm walk to hotel with its excellent pizzas. This property has everything and it also beautifully decorated. One of the best self contained we have experience around the world.
