A family owned guesthouse on top of the hill. The surrounding views are amazing. This place is just 15 min away from the highway but still very peaceful and calm. You can enjoy the silence and the starts at night. The owners are very kind and nice people. Our room was spacious with very comfy bed. The whole look of the room is a bit outdated, but everything looks good and works well. It was also clean. The food was amazing, as we were able to enjoy traditional Austrian dishes made with love and from fresh ingredients sourced from the local farm. Breakfast was mostly assortment of bread with cheese and ham, however, you can always ask for extra bits like fresh eggs cooked to your preference for a very reasonable price. This place is perfect to spend a couple of days and disconnect from big city life.

The view from the hotel is just amazing! The road is a bit steep but with an asphalt surface, easy to reach by a car, there is no issue in finding the destination and parking space next to it. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was nice and helpful.

I had a great vacation here. Everithing was very clean and confortable starting with the room, restaurant, coridors and Spa. Positive mesages in the walls pictures and homemade soap are just small detalies what made my vacation.. The staff professional, helpfull and warm. The restaurant it is very cozy and familiar and the food delicios. The spa it is clean, alot of utilities and a variety of tea. I was impress how this snall and smart comunity are helping and growing toughether using the local products as much it's posible and giving to the guests a high class sevice and products. Just a big THANK YOU for everithing!!!

We've known Preitenegg for many years through good...

We've known Preitenegg for many years through good acquaintances and friends. It's a beautiful hiking area with lots of berries, mushrooms, and fungi. The Hebalm offers a lovely natural landscape for hiking. From Hebalmsee, there are easily accessible hiking trails and peaceful spots suitable for older people.

Highly recommended, especially for dog owners.

Highly recommended, especially for dog owners. The entire place is fenced in, with plenty of space for sniffing and exploring. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic – there's something for everyone. The whole house is spotlessly clean. We'd love to come back. Our dog has found his perfect holiday paradise!
