Great location for a skiing holiday if you don't mind being away from shops, bars etc. Nearest restaurant is about 20mins walk up the mountain. On the other hand it's quite a nice place to be "stuck" in, has a warm relaxed vibe, the facilities are great and the staff super friendly. Pizzas are very good!Guest review bySilvieUnited Kingdom

The food in the restaurant is to say the least extraordinary and way different from the typical Austrian menu. We had mouthwatering tomahawk, ribeye and spareribs amongst many specials they offer. It's the best family run hotel we could bumb into. The ski lifts are just next to the hotel and the ski rental shop is under the hotel. Everything is well placed for a dream skiing holiday. Place was extremely clean and had everything that is needed including shower cosmetics, kitchen equipment, towels. Jacuzzi and sauna were perfekt after long hike :) We were travelling by train and bus to Semmering train station to start our hikes there.
