A hidden gem in the Austrian Dolomites. The hotel's location is excellent- just beside the Tristachersee lake, a dream come true for every visitor. The rooms are in impeccable condition, and the food is on another level - I have to mention that the restaurant is in the Michelin guide. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every aspect you may need. My thanks to every member of the Kreuzer family who is running the place; they make you feel at home and provide every little detail for your comfort and convenience. This place made me feel like a member of a happy family - a valuable feature which, unfortunately, is forgotten these days in most tourist places all over the world. We arrived at late ningt, but the bar was opened to have some beers. We received a much bigger room that was expected. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very, very good. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we stayed only for one night.
