Very nice people!

Very nice people! We ate at the Gasthaus Ochsen, which I can also highly recommend. The view of the Alps is absolutely magnificent in good weather! It's also well-suited for hiking, but you should choose your hiking routes beforehand, otherwise you'll often end up walking alongside the road.

It's a wonderful place for hiking.

It's a wonderful place for hiking. The mountain views are fantastic. The house is located on a dead-end road, so only local traffic passes through. I can't comment on eating out in the village; we ate elsewhere on our excursions. The mountains you can see from the house are about an hour and a half's drive away. If you do, take the 200 route; you'll see quite a bit.

A very small but charming village. Lovely inns with excellent cuisine. Plenty of hiking opportunities around Sulzberg. Short distances to other beautiful places. Magnificent mountain scenery right in front of you. You certainly won't be bored here.

Sulzberg is a lovely little village in the Bregenzerwald.

Sulzberg is a lovely little village in the Bregenzerwald. However, those planning to hike should drive further in, as it's quite a drive from Sulzberg to the mountain lifts. The views are fantastic, as Sulzberg, as the name suggests, is situated on a mountain.

A quiet village perched on a high plateau, offering stunning views when hiking in the area. The village's only supermarket is small, relatively expensive, and has limited opening hours. Larger supermarkets, just across the border in Germany, are a fifteen-minute drive away.
