Overall, a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was appreciated. The food was good, especially the turkey schnitzel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest. A solid choice for accommodation

We needed a break on the way from vacation and Platzhirsch in Kufstein was a great choice. It is modern, clean, well equipped and right in the historic center. The staff was very accommodating and polite. We even got free tickets to Kufstein Fortress!

The best staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We were upgraded when an issue with first room. Free passes provided for the castle. Helped us get a taxi. Even gave us cookies and candy! Very comfortable bed, large room with a desk.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially to pets! I travelled with two dogs, of which one is scared of strangers and tends to bark sometimes, but the staff was completely understanding and even pet the dog, showing fear wasn't necessary!

The accommodation was fantastic.

The accommodation was fantastic. The view of the lake and Pendling was lovely. Unfortunately, since I'm not very mobile, we had to drive. The bus doesn't run very often either. A shame! It's not ideal for someone using a walker, as it's too far from the lake. Otherwise, I'd gladly stay again.

Thiersee is a lovely place with a beautiful lake.

Thiersee is a lovely place with a beautiful lake. It's very centrally located, and you can reach Kufstein in 15 minutes. I highly recommend the pizzeria "Zum Theirseer Platzl." The pizzas are delicious, and the terrace is lovely. The staff is incredibly friendly!

Summer is supposed to offer more leisure activities.

Summer is supposed to offer more leisure activities. For us, it was very pleasant with snowshoeing and visits to Kufstein. We also visited Walchsee. Unfortunately, the restaurant scene in Thiersee is very limited. We only had two Italian restaurants and one inn serving regional cuisine.

The Thiers is well worth a visit.

The Thiers is well worth a visit. A warm welcome awaited us at check-in. We had booked a double room and were delighted to be upgraded to a suite. The breakfast was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly. The sauna and swimming pool were first-class. There are many hiking trails nearby. Free travel on the local bus is also available.

The scenery is very beautiful, but you're stranded without a...

The scenery is very beautiful, but you're stranded without a car. It took four hours without a bus connection to Kufstein or anywhere else. This is unacceptable in this day and age, when a tourist area is supposed to be environmentally friendly. Next time I'll visit the Zillertal Valley; there should be a connection every 30 minutes with the Zillertalbahn railway and park and ride included in the ticket price.

Lake Thiersee is a beautiful lake.

Lake Thiersee is a beautiful lake. The surrounding area is lovely. There's quite a bit of climbing involved, even by car. It's a beautiful area, perfect for both a winter holiday and a summer holiday. Kufstein, about 10 km from Lake Thiersee, is a very pleasant town. Definitely worth a visit. In short, we had a fantastic holiday. Oh, and there are plenty of hiking opportunities.

We had a seamless self-check-in experience. Friendly staff. The rooms were impressively spacious, and the view and location were ideal, with easy access to hiking trails. The restaurant offered enjoyable dining. The cleanliness of the sheets and towels was impeccable. The enormous TV added to the comfort, and the hotel's historic decoration was truly fantastic. It's worth for your money.
