The house has 3 apartments, the one we lived is semi-underground, but with floor-heating and windows, we did not feel uncomfortable. The other 2 apartments have better view, if you want to enjoy the views, maybe better to pay a little bit more and book the ones upstairs. The rooms are clean and morden, kitchen is well equipped, suits all our needs, the owner is helpful, we called 3 times to him for questions and favors, he always answered quickly and provided answers or helps.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and we sincerely recommend it! From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. We arrived around 10pm and they waited us with cold plates for that night. We had HB and the food was excellent—leaning towards fine dining, every dish was a culinary delight. Even the traditional recipes were creatively reinvented and presented in a spectacular way. Breakfast offers a wide selection of exotic fruits, cheeses, organic juices, and smoothies, along with Prosecco and other treats besides the usual breakfast things. At 3 PM, a much-appreciated snack is served, including fruits, desserts, and a snack option like soup or sausage. Dinner is sofisticated, with flavors that will impress even the most demanding guests. The lobby and restaurant are beautifully designed, offering a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The rooms, while basic and lacking a fridge, are clean and functional (they don’t quite match the high standard set by the rest of the hotel ;) Although the hotel is not ski-in/ski-out, its location is highly convenient—just a 3-minute walk to the slopes and well-connected to the lifts. A special mention goes to the owner, who is always present and ready to help, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. This hotel combines excellent service, exceptional dining, and a prime location, making it a wonderful choice. Highly recommended!

We had the full offer so we had 3 times per day meals, 2 pools, Sauna, Steam room, SPA… all can be used anytime until 21:00. The staff were so nice. You have parking free for car. You can do hikes around the hotel. You have many lakes that you can go swim. And many more things… We loved!

Quiet location, beautiful hiking area. Unfortunately, it couldn't be explored due to an unexpected onset of winter. There was also a significant delay in our arrival because of tunnel repairs on the A10.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful valley near Radstadt. The hotel facilities are of a decent standard. We had half board. Breakfast with a wide selection of food. The dinners served were delicious. Very nice and helpful staff. Internet connection is available throughout the hotel, including the rooms.

It's a good starting point if you don't just want to ski in Obertauren, as you can then quickly get to Zauchensee/Flachau, Schladming and the other surrounding ski resorts – and you can choose where you want to eat!

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the Obertauren ski area. We were attracted by the good price/service ratio. We practically didn't see Untertauren, we went skiing in the morning and returned tired in the evening. It is a classic Alpine valley stretching for several kilometers. There were cross-country skiing trails everywhere, but we didn't use them.

The location was very central yet quiet.

The location was very central yet quiet. There was a lovely view while having breakfast outside. Excursions to various destinations were never far away. Delicious food can be found at the Radstädter Hütte, Gnadenalm, and Untertauern.

It was our second stay at the hotel. Everything was OK. We had a nice room, breakfast and dinner were very good, as well as the services. The hotel has a really very good standard in its category. The ski bus stop is very close to the hotel.
