Absolutely stunning hotel. I stayed in a junior suite (803 - as a free upgrade!). The decor was immaculate, contemporary and luxurious with full automated systems for lighting, curtains etc. Exceptionally friendly staff with every amenity you could think of. Good location near metro, great restaurants around the corner and the breakfast was exceptional and all you could eat! Order the French toast - its divine.

The bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Wonderful soft pillows and luxurious linen. Couldn’t get a better location either. So close to Stephan Platz, beautiful stores, and famous places such as Loos Bar, Cafe Hawelka and Tresneiwski.

The room was bigger than I thought. Very comfortable bed, everything was super modern. Loved the USB charging ports. Very close to public transport and it is walkable to the city (though about 30 mins). The room was amazing. The food at the hotel was great too.

    Very clean city.

    Very clean city. Every corner was a photo opportunity hop on hop off bus was great. Start early as they have 3 different routes to take ( staff were helpful at the stops in town) could spend all day using them like your own private transport. Expensive food at restaurants for Australian travelers with conversion. So much window shopping and Little alley ways were delightful. Lots of cheaper street food in the markets. Friendly people and safe and clean. Imperial jewel museum was really good but very expensive to get in

    Amazing city with a brilliant public transport system.

    Amazing city with a brilliant public transport system. Lovely buildings and so many museums. So much to see and do. English widely understood, which makes communication so much easier. Easily one of the top 10 places in the world to visit on holiday. Great place for culture buffs as well as for nature buffs.

    We have done lots of traveling and visiting churches and museums over the years so I wasn't planning on being so smitten with Vienna. The city is just gorgeous! I would highly recommend a walking tour.

    Getting around is SO easy with the U-Bahn & Tram lines. All the "Touristy" things are well worth seeing Schonbrumm Palace The Lipizzan Horses St. Stephen's Cathederal The Albertina Museum Hundertwassers Building Stadt Park State Opera House And tonnes more, if only our stay was longer!

The breakfast was very good, with a great variety. The staff were very nice across the hotel and a special mention for Kumar from the breakfast team, he was very kind, and made us feel welcomed and at home.     Staff were very helpful with checking in and out, as well as looking after luggage. Although it was expensive, you’re paying for a good hotel in the city centre. Also, it has a very old school Vienna feel (which I see as a positive) and it has charm. It was also quiet and peaceful and coming back to crash with the air conditioning on after long, busy days was really comforting. Would definitely recommend!

    Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Hotel is located just next to the Westbahnhof Train and Underground Station. Not noisy. We used the U3 metro to get to Stephenplatz & Vienna city centre. Very convenient location. There are lots of shops & eateries as well as Billa supermarket nearby. From Westbahnhof Train Station, we were able to catch an early morning Westbahn train to Salzburg.
