It's a cozy family hotel in a quiet environment. We had a lake view from the terace, which was quite big and spacious. Beds were very comfortable with a big choice of different pillows - that was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of vegan and vegetarian options. We appreciated the possibility of using the hotel's ebikes - they have mountain bikes as well. The free public beach is really just a short walk from the hotel. Everybody was really kind and helpful - I really liked the owners parents who very kind and helpful and always smiling despite the fact that we couldn't speak German.

The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and flexible to humans and pets alike. This hotel is in a perfect location, just across the train station, with ample parking possibilities, something appreciated, especially when traveling with a pet or a person with restricted mobility.
