The view from the room and pool were definitely a highlight of my stay. The room quality, facilities and cleanliness were immaculate. The pictures online are very accurate as to what you receive upon your stay at Hotel Chadstone. Chadstone shopping centre is extremely accessible from the hotel and has a variety of different food, shopping and activity options. I highly recommend any of the Funlab(strike) experiences like Holey Moley, Hijinx, Strike Bowling and Archie Brothers for a late night drink and activities. If going on the weekend definitely book in advance!

Beautifully appointed comfortable rooms. Gorgeous big pillows on the bed. Luxurious bathroom with lovely soaps and creams. Yummy breakfast buffet and staff that couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend.

We were introduced to the Chadstone Hotel early last year .

We were introduced to the Chadstone Hotel early last year . we have travelled 4 or 5 times from Sydney to Melbourne since then and we always stayed at the Chadstone. It is Excellent place to stay at as it is Clean, Comfortable and close to major shopping centre .

We were there for a wedding close to the hotel, The hotel was clean and had all the facilities i needed.. The shopping Centre was through the tunnel which was also great, we chose to have breakfast at the shopping centre.

Friendly and caring staff. Comfy and clean beds. Remember to have an extra $100 available on a credit card to be used as a temporary bond. The coffee, tea and hot chocolates in the gaming room are free! Smokers should have to move away from other guests doorways to smoke. A perfect short stay, affordable and convenient location.

We liked the room very comfortable, cleanliness. We liked all the facilities, pool, gym, bar and function room. Very good location just few steps to the Chadstone shopping center. Very good staff & very helpful. We would like to go again and make our stay longer.

Loved the location, staff were great and room was really nice and clean. Lights in the room were a little confusing but did the job. Parking was too expensive considering we were staying only one night and we were already paying enough to stay at the hotel. It’s the little things like complimentary or discounted parking that would make your customers feel more inclined to want to stay again and for longer. Food for thought. Other than that, we loved it.

Super close to Chadstone shopping centre. We arrived late but they have a huge bistro with a massive kids playing area, I was given vouchers for free drinks (beer, wine, tea, coffee) on arrival. Free parking. Breakfast available as a purchase/take to your room pack, but we had breakfast at Chaddy. Quiet night. Tea and coffee facilities in rooms.

Obviously, we were initially attracted to the hotel's location as we were planning a weekend's shopping at Chadstone. We couldn't believe how beautiful and pristine the property was. The view from our room was just stunning as the sun went down and we could see the beautiful colourful lights.
