We arrived with the friendly reception helping with speedy check in, to our surprised, a no extra charge upgrade to the King Studio Apartment. It has everything we need in the kitchen, ensuite, with a heater/air-conditional and even a washing machine / dryer!!! The Studio is spacious with a very nice view to Pirates Bay. The bistro dinner was also very well prepared and nice. Parking is just outside our room. It's also just a short walk to the Tessellated Pavement across the road. One thing that the reception has done extra and exceptionally well (without asking) - we are given 3 key-cards, the extra one to put in the power-socket all the time!! How thoughtful was THAT. I wish all hotels in the World will do that. We really appreciate that, especially as we need to keep the room warm.

The location was very good; I could feel the atmosphere of Tasmania. The house faced to the sea and many rabbits were found on the ground. And the owner Alan was a very kind and calm gentleman although my English was not perfect.

Norfolk Bay Retreat - views over the sea and vines is located in Koonya and offers a garden and a terrace.

Krista had covered every base; everything was perfect (bandaids, yoga mats, chilly bin (esky) & picnic rug, lollies & chocs, extensive breakfast supplies, outdoor gas bbq - even an ongoing jigsaw! A stunning unit with an expansive deck and wonderful views. Wished we could have stayed longer.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful cosy farm stay close to Port Arthur. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and even helped us amateurs light the log fire in the evening. The highlight was Rob taking us on a tour of the farm which had spectacular views and animals. Brushing the cows was very special! This is a magical place to stay and I would definitely stay here again when in Tas. Thank you Kim and Rob!
