The newly renovated room is a few thousand steps up from the previously old and dated version. Every new installation from bedside charging points to shelf spaces to lighting to toiletries were thoughtfully planned. The Nespresso machine was a huge bonus too. Also liked the keyless system very much.

Prom Country Lodge is a 10-minute walk from Foster Museum. All rooms have a TV and views of the surrounding bushland.

Battery Creek Farm was in such a beautiful spot and really close to Fish Creek and the hotel and services there. The house was comfy and we were able to get it warm even in winter for our little group. A house with a history too and don’t miss the walk up the hill behind.
