Beautifully renovated rooms, great facilities. Bed was comfy, shower was spacious with great water pressure. Personalised "welcome" message displaying on the TV was a really nice touch that I've not come across in other motor inns. The rooms are nothing like you would expect from viewing the hotel from the street.

Easy access. Shared bathroom and showers were clean and well maintained. We were able to go in and out at unusual hours and not disturb anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful and dinner in the downstairs pub was delightful.

Loved the room and restaurant.

Loved the room and restaurant. Pool is great, super clean and with a separate one for adults only. We came for the animals though and my daughter was not disappointed. Dawn safari is not really at dawn so you don't have to wake up crazy early. The cheetahs were a favourite! Great option for an experience gift

The accommodation was first-rate, spacious and comfortable, and the views and location also excellent. The staff were mostly efficient and helpful, but there were delays in checking in and inconsistencies in the restaurant and bar services. Overall it was a good experience and we will return again when we expect many of the "teething problems" will have been resolved.
