The place was excellent! Fresh, spotless, well appointed, we were very impressed with the property and the facilities! As shown on the website.Also possessed a number of nice decorative touches. With several living rooms, there was plenty of space for communal activities and quite time. Not that we used it, but the bbq and outdoor entertainment area was also excellent. Walking distance to a coffee shop and across the road from a lovely park. The host was prompt and punctual with all necessary communication.

What a big surprise to stay in the family room at the Avenue Inn. What a beautiful and nice accomodation. Never seen such a clean, big and top appartment. Also the friendly family and personel approach gave us such a warm welcome. For everybody who would like to stay in Naracoorte please contact the Avenue Inn! It is a must!

What an awesome set up. Great courtyard area that has a pool table, bar and good sound system. It was cold when we were there but on a balmy summer night would be fantastic for BBQ's. The rooms are well separated and spacious. Comfortable beds and good range for breakfast with coffee machine aswell. Would recommend this for all types of occasions, family, work colleagues etc.

The property was well maintained. It was immaculate and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in for over a fortnight. The facilities were very good and it had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.
