Plenty of day trips can be made from Seymour in various...
Plenty of day trips can be made from Seymour in various directions;
lots of parks/playgrounds for children, walking tracks along the Goulburn River, wineries nearby, lots of cafes and places to eat, as well as takeaway and bakeries.
Found it to be very relaxing and peaceful place to stay.

The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Attempts had been made to upgrade the room and bathroom. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed covers and maybe organise the air conditioners, after you put in the cupboards. Ours was hidden slightly by this misjudgment but it didn't stop the room from being cooled.

Definitely need to book well in advance as after the floods...
Definitely need to book well in advance as after the floods there is still limited accommodation due to so many tradespeople in town doing repairs.
Definitely try out the Seymour Special pizza at Seymour Pizza and Pasta on Anzac Avenue or any of their pizzas. Great taste and price.

Pros: Location was close to where I needed to be for work.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows not so much.
Has a microwave.
Front desk lady was lovely.
Cons: The adjoining room door did not have a lock on my side so I didn't feel comfortable knowing the lock was in another persons room.
Quite a decent gap under the front door which was not great when there has been flooding and ALOT of bugs and mosquitos around.
No cutlery to eat dinner with only teaspoons.
Bathroom had squashed bugs on the walls and outside of toilet bowl wasn't clean.

Really good value for a Budget Motel.
Really good value for a Budget Motel. The three most important things were a comfortable and fresh bed, good hot shower, and air conditioning to warm the room. Very happy. Plus the locals were all so welcoming and lovely.

The bathroom was small, with the wash basin outside of the bathroom and used for access to the kitchenette area, the room has recently been refurbished so it was clean and adequate for a one night stay

Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Goulburn River Trail, Seymour parkrun.
Nice walking track nearby along the river.
We were able to view our Netflix on the smart tv.

Overnight stay was comfy.
Had to work at the Seymour Show and was nice and close. could walk there.

It was in Seymour which is where we needed to be. The ease to get in with a coded door lock was great though it was very loose and threatened to fall off.
