The Granite Belt is a beautiful place to explore!!!

The Granite Belt is a beautiful place to explore!!! You can't replicate that kind of natural beauty. There are plenty of things you can fit into one day and other things you can spend a whole day visiting. We loved the Granite Belt Christmas farm and Aloomba Lavender farm!!!

Travelled up for the plant event at the showgrounds.

Travelled up for the plant event at the showgrounds. Plant event was far smaller than I expected and I wont travel the distance for that again, but we found other enjoyable things to do in Stanthorpe. We had expected the plant event would take half of one day and then the half of the next, but we were through in about 2 hours.

Great place to stop on a long road trip to break up the Journey. We picked some strawberrys on a nearby farm, on the morning we left...they were great. We bought pantry goods form several places. This is an excellent place to try out the local produce. We would stop here again.

Lovely atmosphere, great food and things to do.

Lovely atmosphere, great food and things to do. Recommendations include the Suttons farm, the Christmas farm, the steakhouse and the rock and roll diner on the main steet for food with varying prices and menu, but all lovely food.

Motel is close to Quart Pot Creek which has beautiful...

Motel is close to Quart Pot Creek which has beautiful walking tracks in the parklands on either side. Stanthorpe is close to many wineries and the Girrawheen National Park which is a must to visit. It is a beautiful town and has that very nice country town feel.

A beautiful place to visit, enjoyed the wineries and Jamworks. Truffle place was great. Cheese factory was disappointing, used to be one of my favourite places in Stanthorpe but has had a lot of changes. Apple pie at Sutton’s was fantastic. The Christmas farm was a delight.

The whole place, especially the room, was very clean and facilities were great. Love that each bed had an electric blanket to keep you warm and cozy. Staff were very welcoming and trustworthy. My child accidentally left a phone after check out and I was contacted immediately by staff (good thing we were still in town so was able to go back). Will definitely consider Apple & Grape Motel next time we’re staying in Stanthorpe.

Great location just 10 minutes out of Stanthorpe, not far to Ballandean where we like to go especially the Ballandean Pub is great family pub with delicious meals and also Balancing Heart Winery is superb. Our cabin was very comfy ,and very clean, and were looked after very well. The grounds are beautiful, with the riverside views and walks are unreal. We will definitely be booking again.

Savina cottage was an absolute delight to stay at. I wish I could live there all the time. A cosy cottage with all the amenities. A beautiful fire with plenty of wood. Comfy beds and pillows. An easy walk to the town centre. I would highly recommend Savina cottage and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again next time I’m in Stanthorpe.

Beautifully presented rooms - coffee pods for morning coffee , table and chairs outside and all over the property to relax in the afternoon. Comfortable bed. I love staying here on my regular visits to Stanthorpe . The staff are just lovely and so helpful- see you next visit 💗

Most beautiful and cosy little cottage within easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants in Stanthorpe. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. It felt like a home away from home. Huge backyard. Two areas with outdoor furniture.
