Great location, on water but near town. Huge lovely rooms. Very friendly staff. We did a free walking tour with the lovely Karissa which was great, a lovely and unexpected thing for the hotel to provide.

The property was stunning in every way. There was clear attention to every detail, from the furniture to the artwork, the way the staff personalised your experience and the little chocolate and tea delivered at night. I felt like I was welcomed into someone’s home and treated to delicious food and incredible service.

We loved the experience from the start as we were able to access the room early and that was very appreciated as i had just come from a medical procedure so being able to rest earlier was wonderful. Staff (Sarah) messaged to make sure the room was suitable and comfortable which was thoughtful. Great location and because the check out wasn't until 12 we were able to go to Salamanca market and then still freshen up before checking out. Parking on site was perfect and found a park easily, easy to access and able to take our car in and out easily for no extra cost.

Fabulous BNB with private access and added extras from...

Fabulous BNB with private access and added extras from lovely hosts. Very near Hobart, Sandy Bay and Kingston areas. Good beach nearby. The breakfast supplies were excellent. There was a washing machine and dryer to make use of and a lovely quiet garden area to sit and enjoy the excellent wine our host left for us. We were so pleased with our stay here and could have stayed much longer if time had allowed on our tour of Tasmania.
