Fantastic hotel. Very friendly people, especially Elcin who did everything to help me, but everyone was very kindly. When I arrived I found a bottle of wine in my room, the room was big and very comfortable. In front of the hotel there is the hotel restaurant which is also very good.

This hotel is really good for the price of the stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained, and breakfast, while not huge in variety, it was good enough and satisfying. Transfers organized by the hotel are also convenient and reasonably priced. The real highlight, and what truly made my stay in Azerbaijan better, was the reception, especially Rafael, the manager. From the moment I arrived in the city, he was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Thanks to him, my trip started in the best possible way. Definitely recommended!

We like the room. When I saw the pictures I thought the room was small, I didn't dwell on it too much because we were going to stay one night but it turned out to be more spacious than expected. The receptionist was nice, we got the room in a short time, although we arrived early.

The location was outstanding, close to many interesting areas and landmarks in Baku; the staff was very nice, helpful, hospitable and friendly, especially Mr. Teymur who is the front desk manager at the Golden Horn Apart Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and very nice. I enjoyed every minute spent there and to be honest, didn't want to leave the place and the country. I highly recommend the place to anyone that wants to have a great and peaceful time in Baku, Azerbaijan.
