Everything was perfect. Location is very good, close to shopping mall and about 10 min walk to Baščaršija. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is very kind. The breakfast was fabulous. In the room there are all necessary facilities. A big advantage is free parking. Also, design of hotel is very interesting. For sure next time I will book this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly. We got to hear a little bit of the history of Sarajevo. We were also shown how coffee is made in Sarajevo. Asking for directions was not difficult as the staff was very helpful. He also recommended where to eat local food and drink local beer.

I stayed at Hotel Eleven in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and both the evening receptionist (especially Asmir) and the daytime receptionist were incredibly attentive. They answered every question we had about the city and the hotel, and they were very helpful during our check-out process. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the breakfast was also delicious and satisfying. We didn’t have a SIM card to use in the city, and Asmir , ( evening receptionist )kindly gave us one of his own from prior guest , without asking for anything in return, so we were able to use the internet. We also had a late-night bus to another country, and he let us extend our check-out time until 10 PM free of charge. Everything was truly wonderful. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay at Hotel Eleven again.
